Good to know

  • The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Payments beyond the deposit are refunded in full 90+ days before departure, 50% at 60–89 days, 25% at 30–59 days, and not refunded fewer than 30 days before departure.

  • No. International airfare isn’t included on any journey. Airport transfers are.

  • The single room supplement is $1,200 on Transylvania Untold and Transylvania in Spring, and $1,100 on Autumn Spirits.

  • Breb is one of the most authentic villages in Maramureș, precisely because it hasn’t been built up for tourism. Most guests stay together at Pensiunea Mărioara; if the group is larger, remaining rooms are at a nearby guesthouse of the same traditional character, a short walk away.

  • Travel insurance isn’t included in the journey price.

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your place. Pay the balance in full, or split it into 5 monthly installments. Send a reservation request and we’ll confirm the details with you personally.
