$500 non-refundable deposit secures your place. Pay the balance in full, or split it into 5 monthly installments.

Before you bookCancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
$500 deposit
Non-refundable, secures your place on any journey.
90+ days before departure
Any payments made beyond the deposit are refunded in full.
60–89 days
50% of payments made beyond the deposit are refunded.
30–59 days
25% of payments made beyond the deposit are refunded.
Fewer than 30 days, or no-show
No refund beyond the deposit; all payments made are forfeited.
Installment plan
If a guest cancels while still on the 5-installment plan, remaining scheduled installments are cancelled and any refund is calculated only on what’s already been paid, per the tiers above.
If Horizon Hues cancels
Insufficient bookings, safety, force majeure: full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer them to a future departure.
